Methodology
Relocation management methodology
We treat infrastructure movement as a project with defined stages, deadlines, and control points. The methodology is designed to reduce risks and prevent execution errors.
Project stages
Stage 1. Pre-project audit
Relocate specialists inspect current and target sites, volumes, equipment specifics, engineering features, and logistics limits.
Stage 2. Design and planning
The audit becomes a detailed roadmap with move schedule, asset labeling and inventory scheme, and new-site placement plan.
Stage 3. Systematization and preparation
Assets are labeled by category and department, with specialized packing for IT equipment and confidential documents.
Stage 4. Move coordination
Transport flows and loading operations are monitored in real time so each infrastructure unit arrives according to schedule.
Stage 5. Final installation and handover
Furniture and equipment are placed according to plan, checked against inventory lists, and closed with completion acts.
Quality control
Relocate uses checklists at every stage so no detail, from a server to an archive folder, is lost or damaged during the move.
Subcontractors and partners
For the physical relocation stage, Relocate works only with verified performers and remains the intellectual and legal center responsible to the client.
Technical audit
Fleet condition, specialized fasteners, and rigging equipment are checked.
Personnel qualification
Only teams instructed in packing and asset movement standards are admitted to work.
Legal check
We work with officially registered counterparties with transparent Georgian operating history.
Interaction rules
Single standard
Subcontractors follow our methodology and use approved packing materials.
Dispatching
Every transport stage is controlled by a Relocate project manager.
Safety alignment
Partners must follow safety protocols matching our obligations to the client.
Result for the client
You do not need to coordinate dozens of performers. Relocate is a single point of responsibility with a consistent quality standard at any resource scale.
Trust reserve
Editable areas for partners, letters, and client confirmations
Legal operations
Contracts, invoices, and closing documents
The site reserves a clear area for Georgian documentation, compliance confirmations, and tender requests.
Operations
One project manager across contractors
Relocate remains the single point of responsibility for logistics teams, rigging, IT, cleaning, and site handover.
Expertise
Teams, equipment, workplaces, and workflows
The proof blocks explain the full relocation scope without inventing unapproved client claims.
